The tape boasts a transparent hue with specifications of 1372MM*55M*0.17MMT, customizable to any specifications or shapes. It showcases excellent dimensional stability, thermal and chemical stability, moisture resistance, initial adhesion, and stickiness. This tape adheres excellently to plastics, rubber, and nameplates and performs admirably across a broad temperature range and harsh environments. Its release paper is polymer-coated, moisture-proof kraft paper, designed to resist creasing under high humidity. It withstands temperatures of 93ºC long-term and up to 149ºC short-term. 300LSE double-sided adhesive features a mild initial adhesion, allowing for repositioning if needed. Over time, its viscosity intensifies, and the bonding strength escalates with the increase of the contact area between the adhesive and the target surface. After the double-sided adhesive To achieve exceptional bonding strength and effectiveness, it is crucial to apply a stable pressure, ensuring the adhesive and surface secure firmly together. Prior to bonding, make sure the surface is clean and dry. The optimal temperature range for tape application is 21-38ºC. If the initial bonding temperature falls below 10ºC, it may not be suitable for bonding as the adhesive becomes too rigid. However, once bonded, the tape maintains satisfactory holding power even at lower temperatures.
