Pearl cotton foam casing, EPE (Expandable Polyethylene), is expandable polyethylene. It is a high-foam polyethylene product produced by extrusion of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) as the main raw material. The foaming rate of the finished product is high, energy-saving and high-efficiency. Its appearance is opaque, silvery white, with anti-glossy. Low density, good flexibility, high recovery rate; shockproof performance is better than polystyrene plastic; independent bubble structure, low surface water absorption, water resistance, strong buoyancy; good anti-permeability performance; salt, oil and other organic solvent corrosion resistance, excellent aging resistance; sound insulation, strong toughness, recycling, good plasticity, and  strong crashworthiness. It has many advantages, such as elasticity, strong resilience, odorless, harmless to human body, can be reused, no pollution to the environment, no flow at high temperature, and does not crack at low temperatures.
