300LSE double-sided tape, also known as 9495LE double-sided tape, comprises a transparent PET double-layer coated with acrylic adhesive. The tape is crystal clear, with standard dimensions of 1372MM*55M*0.17MMT, customizable to any shape or size. It offers excellent dimensional, thermal, and chemical stability, along with moisture resistance. Its superior initial adhesion and stickiness make it ideal for plastics, rubber, and nameplates, able to withstand a broad temperature range and challenging environments. The release paper is moisture-resistant polymer-coated kraft paper, maintaining its integrity even in high humidity. It withstands long-term temperatures of 93ºC and short-term peaks of 149ºC. 300LSE double-sided adhesive features a gentle initial tack, allowing for easy repositioning when required. Over time, the adhesive's bond strengthens, enhancing the bond strength as the contact area with the adhered surface increases. After the double-sided adhesive When a stable pressure is applied, it enhances the bonding strength between the adhesive and the surface. For optimal bonding outcomes, ensure the surface is pristine and dry. The tape works best within a temperature range of 21-38ºC. If the initial bonding temperature drops below 10ºC, the adhesion may not be ideal due to the hardness of the adhesive. Nevertheless, once bonded, it maintains satisfactory holding power even at low temperatures.
