Standard dimensions are 1372MM*55M*0.17MMT, with customization options available to suit any specification or shape. It excels in dimensional, thermal, and chemical stability, as well as moisture resistance, and offers excellent initial adhesion and stickiness. Its superior adhesive properties make it ideal for plastics, rubber, and nameplates, as it operates effectively over a broader temperature range and withstands harsh environments. The release paper is polymer-coated moisture-resistant kraft paper, impervious to creasing even in high humidity. Exhibiting excellent temperature resistance, it endures long-term exposure to 93ºC and brief spikes up to 149ºC. 300LSE double-sided adhesive features initially low adhesion, allowing for easy repositioning during the bonding process. As time progresses, the adhesive's viscosity intensifies, enhancing the bond strength with increased contact area between the tape and the surface. After the double-sided adhesive To ensure exceptional bonding strength, a consistent pressure must be applied for the adhesive to integrate seamlessly with the surface. Achieving optimal bonding requires that the surface is impeccably clean and dry, while the ideal temperature range for application is between 21ºC and 38ºC. Note that bonding is not advisable if the initial temperature is below 10ºC, as the adhesive becomes too rigid, diminishing its effectiveness. However, once bonded, the adhesion remains reliable, even at low temperatures.
