300LSE double-sided tape, also known as 9495LE double-sided tape, is composed of a transparent PET base coated with acrylic adhesive on both sides. The tape's transparent hue is paired with specifications of 1372MM*55M*0.17MMT, although customization to any specification or shape is available, ensuring excellent dimensional, thermal, and chemical stability. It offers outstanding moisture resistance, initial adhesion, and a strong bond to plastics, rubber, and nameplates, operating efficiently across a broad temperature range and in challenging environments. The release paper is a polymer-coated, moisture-resistant kraft paper, designed to never wrinkle even under high humidity, with enduring temperature resistance of 93ºC and peak resistance up to 149ºC. The 300LSE double-sided adhesive is engineered with a gentle initial adhesion, allowing for easy repositioning if misaligned. Over time, the adhesive's grip intensifies, with bonding strength increasing as the contact area between the adhesive and the surface expands. After the double-sided adhesive is applied, a stable pressure is applied to help the adhesive and the surface to be adhered, thereby increasing Great bonding strength. To achieve the bonding effect, the bonding surface must be clean and dry. The temperature range of tape application is 21-38ºC. It is recommended that if the initial bonding temperature is lower than 10ºC, it is not suitable for bonding. Therefore, the adhesive is too hard.
