300LSE double-sided tape, also known as 9495LE double-sided tape, is made of transparent PET double-sided coated acrylic adhesive. The color of the tape is transparent. Shape), has good dimensional stability, thermal stability, chemical stability, moisture resistance, initial adhesion and stickiness, good adhesion to plastics, rubber, nameplates; can be applied to a wider temperature range and harsh environments ; Release paper is polymer-coated moisture-proof kraft paper, which will not crease under high humidity conditions; good temperature resistance, long-term temperature resistance of 93ºC, short-term temperature resistance of up to 149ºC. 300LSE double-sided adhesive has a weak initial adhesion, which is convenient for repositioning if it is not accurate. With the increase of time, the viscosity becomes stronger and stronger, and the bonding strength increases with the increase of the contact area between the adhesive and the surface to be adhered. After the double-sided adhesive is applied, a stable pressure is applied to help the adhesive and the surface to be adhered, thereby increasing Great bonding strength. To achieve the bonding effect, the bonding surface must be clean and dry. The temperature range of tape application is 21-38ºC. It is recommended that if the initial bonding temperature is lower than 10ºC, it is not suitable for bonding. Therefore, the adhesive is too hard. It is hard and cannot be firmly bonded to the object; however, if it has been bonded, the holding power at low temperature is also satisfactory.
