Product details

PE transparent protective film is made from polyethylene protective film, which is the simplest polymer organic compound based on special polyethylene (PE) plastic film. From the point of view of processing technology, there are two main processing methods of PE transparent protective film, one is flat film casting method, the other is blowing film method, which is used in China and even in Asia, Europe and America flat film casting method. Transparent protective film has different uses according to its different viscosity. Its viscosity can be divided into five types: micro-viscosity, low viscosity, medium viscosity, high viscosity and extra-high viscosity.
1. When the viscosity is slightly sticky, it can be used on PET board, plexiglass, bright ceiling board, glossy PVC panel, glossy plastic plate.
2. When the viscosity is low viscosity, it can be used on mirror stainless steel, ceramic, glass, automobile and brightly coated aluminum-plastic plate.
3. When the viscosity is medium viscosity, it can be used on frosted stainless steel plate, semi-bright coated ceiling board, semi-bright coated aluminum-plastic plate, stone and furniture.
4. When the viscosity is high, it can be used to protect the surface of UPVC plastic steel door and window profile, rough coated aluminum plastic plate, rough hanging roof, plastic aluminum plate, fluorocarbon plate and hard-to-stick profile.
5. When the viscosity is ultra-high viscosity, it can be applied to the protection of the surface of the plate which is difficult to stick, such as frosted surface, aluminum mirror, silver mirror and so on.
 

Product Qualification 

PE transparent protective film is based on special polyethylene (PE) plastic film. In the process of blowing the film, the white masterbatch is added to blow out the transparent original film, and then the polymer material is produced by coating. Generally divided into two types, coated with oily glue or water-based glue. That is, one is water glue PE transparent protective film, the other is oil gel PE transparent protective film. PE transparent protective film inherits the properties of PE protective film, which can be divided into high density polyethylene (HDPE) protective film, medium density polyethylene (MDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) according to the density. Polyethylene is a white waxy translucent material, soft and tough, polyethylene is non-toxic, has excellent dielectric properties, and its glass transition temperature is about-125 ºC. Polyethylene has excellent chemical stability and can resist acid and alkali at room temperature. Polyethylene also has excellent mechanical properties. Its crystalline part gives polyethylene higher strength, and its non-crystalline part gives it good flexibility.
